Hi Everybody,
Thanks for your interest in CHES. I'm not going to lie, I don't know the answer to some of your questions. A lot of the questions I have recieved are about the company. Let's get it straight, there is no Chesterfield Holdings Limited. They went out of business in early 1996 for some unknown reason. They used to be aquabuoy before that. Aquabuoy manufactured inflatable rings that went around your wrist. Th econcept was that when you were swimming and something happened you would just inflate the ring around your wrist. That didn't work. What I'm not clear about is if Aquabuoy was the smbol CHES, or if Chesterholdings used to be Aquabuoy, or if a merger occured, etc. What I do know was that there was a time lapse between when aquabuoy went out of business, and when Chesterfield Holdings resumed business. Could we be seeing the same time lapse here, Perhaps. Yes, CHES is a shell. It is mainly insiders that are accumulating this stock, it's much more than any of us could accumulate. There have been millions and millions of shares being bought. The selling is only occuring by daytraders trying to make a quick buck. They are mostly successful, it is the insiders that are holding out for the big payday.......when the new stock goes public. Here is what I posted earlier today on a few threads.
Looks like another 400000 traded for CHES. I contacted the OTCBB and asked if the symbol CHES is available for purchase. I thought that this would be no problem, since Chester Holdings have been out of business since 1996. They said that I couldn't purchase the rights to this symbol because it is trading daily and quite heavily also. There are some other stocks that have been delisted today, but still not CHES. I hope this is starting to make a little bit of sense, to other readers of this thread. It is obvious that CHES is still under significant accumulation, and it's sure not by me. I have a call into the SEC. I'm going to ask them some questions. For all of those interested. Please send questions and comments to terrythompson@hotmail.com.
One other thing. The company that is using the CHES ticker symbol will have to come public soon, or CHES will be delisted. This is due to the new regulations that are still on the backburner, waiting to be passed.
