No, not cash, potential in the Y2K market, particularly with the mass of work left to do against the time available. (President Clinton just finished his speech on Y2K which is really going to impact the overall Y2K market).

TPII has an exclusive right in Canada and a limited right in the USA to use Vertex 2000, a product that is claimed to greatly speed up the process to fix the problem, with less manpower necessary. Go to www.bmrsoftware.com to review that. The June 1998 issue of SCIENTIFIC AMERICAN also discusses it.

Again, listen to the recent conference call and review the TPII thread. There are arguments about TPII both pro and con, do your own DD. Obviously I think it is a cheap Y2K play that you can get enough shares of to really leverage your overall return.
