An asset purchase is not a merger and/or business combination...such would be inconsistent with prior statements. You're right. I'm thinking way too hard. An asset purchase is an automatic acquisition, not a merger. Seeing as how it is a stock purchase, we need to find out who the clerk is in charge of obtaining the stock for the ESVS side, and ZULU's side. Ten bucks says it's Hayton on the ZULU side.
