Hello G Forrest:

I called Zitel today 1-800-622-5020, asked for Investor Relations, and received a recording Q3 earnings will be announced the week of July 20.

For Zitel, I am of the strong opinion that this is another act of treating the public shareholders at large with contempt. Certainly the results are finished and known internally. A definite announcement date could be set now, if there were not other factors Zitel management has chosen to take rather than committing to a definite time to announce the Q3 results.

In the past Zitel seems to leak insider information selectively, which puts me at greater risk. To my knowledge, Zitel's management has not been held accountable for those insider leaks. And anyone using inside information acts illegally.

The only clue to me that something is afoot is the increasing trading volume on no news. Many times in the past 2 years unexpected trading volume increases with a price swing occurred several days before the news release. Zitel has made announcements inconsistently (conference calls, before market releases, after close releases), leaving those on the outside at greater risk of being caught in the whipsaw . I get caught in this crap such as this last week because without news, it is only after the fact--the peculiar trading this week--that it becomes evident something is afoot. And it is compounded by the lousy practice of Zitel management of not stating when the announcement will be made, they put the public shareholder at greater uncertainty and risk, and it certainly would seem to leave the door open for an announcement to be made at a time opportune to the close interests that stand to make guaranteed profits at the expense of shareholder equity (the convertible)--and to which Zitel management is strongly beholden--for otherwise, Zitel would be in receivership at this time. I am suspicious those (convertibles) profits are aggressively being enlarged beyond any semblance to fair trading based on public information--the peculiar trading pattern is not justified by any public information.
I don't trust Zitel's management but believe they are treacherous to any shareholder outside the inner circle of interests to which they are beholden. I would have a fair chance of a proper return for the way Zitel runs their business if management were upfront and the fertile ground for manipulations was not so nursed along by management.

In summary, I think Zitel's management will continue to obscure and obfuscate as much as possible the company and operations--that would seem to be the prime objective that keeps their jobs in existence. Better they go obtain employment and earn their keep elsewhere. The lot should be fired, prosecuted, with justice and accountability for all.... Zitel is a host of examples of what never to be in business, and in so many, many ways. I am really disgusted with the cloak of obscurity they operate under--light has always chased the darkness away. May there be light on Zitel's management. And soon. I think the company--meaning the employees at large and in particular the employees that have the choices of how things are run, i.e., management--they are worth less than zero. They are net destroyers of economic means.
Best regards,
m
