A way to attempt to combat that would be to offer your existing and prospective employees a very lucrative stock option incentive package (i.e., the "best" in the industry) to attempt to retain talent... That seems to be what they have done. The flip side to the FAS argument that WIND is too free with their option grants, may be that that is what is necessary to be the cutting edge, industry leader that WIND is. I wouldn't try to second guess Ablemann. Carolyn
