Jeff,

Although your response was addressed to Greenman, it was apparently meant for me as per the salutation. I'm sure the members of this thread appreciate your DD and you posting it... once. But, over and over again? If you find TSIG to be a scam, or at least that is what you are inferring, may I be so presumptious as to say you are not a stockholder? If that is the case, may I then ask why your altruistic "save the poor shareholder" routine? Certainly there are thousands of other companies out there you could devote your energy to. As the President of a company you certainly should realize that in evaluating any company in this phase of its development, things change rapidly... sometimes for the better and sometimes for the worse. So far, I see a glass half full and you apparently see a glass half empty. May I humbly suggest you call Mr. Gordon directly and pose your questions to him... not to investor relations or anyone else. To do otherwise and continue to post the same rhetoric does give the impression that you are a "basher"... does it not?

In my very first post on this thread (if my memory is correct), I said I believed Mr. Gordon to be a consummate deal maker. The latest filing is, IMHO, a big positive for TSIG. If it goes this way that is 6,000,000 fewer shares issued and TSIG will have in essence acquired all they need from CCI without any of CCI's possible debt and without issuing additional stock. And, yes, there is a website and, as previously posted, it is completed.

We all have to do our own DD and make our own decisions and sometimes more DD is done than what you imply in your post. I frequently lurk on other threads, but have never found a need to post negatives repeatedly. I just move on. So I ask you again, Jeff, why the "save the world" repetitive posts about a stock you apparently don't own or like?

Best always,

Marty

Relatively nice post Mr. Jeff A. Berry (aka "JAB"). You're post is fairly well thought out IMO, and thanks for posting an intelligent "negative" post. I personally agree that Mr. Gordon does exude "optimism", and "confidence" in whatever he's talking about. But then again, I usually expect that from this wheeler Dealer type of CEO.

CEO's of this variety abound throughout the world, and in the end "It's the PRODUCT" that invariably makes or breaks the company. I have heard BOATLOADS, TRAINLOADS, BARGES, and MOUNTAINS of "BS", and have dished a little of my own on occasion (for fun if nothing else).
So what I've heard from Mr.Gordon is not of as much concern to ME, as it appears to concern YOU,,, and that's fair. You need to forget about TSIG if you can't deal with a CEO that always tries his best to put his "best foot forward,,,in the best possible manner". You're selection of company's with CEO's who only, and always speak "the most conservative of truth's" will be exceptionally limited IMO, but GOOD LUCK!!!!

In the end, IMO,,,,it'll be the "product" of TSIG that is the success or failure of this company.

I have always (or at least often enough lol) associated RISK with my TSIG investment. And, IMO, that's the only way you're going to buy into a company (with OR without) potential AT THESE PRICES!!

I've always looked at Mr.Gordon as the FACE of TSIG,,,and just like in reading people,,,you've got to be able to look past the FACE, and interpret what's really behind that FACE. In this case,,,I see (Oooone moooooore timmmme) good to great management working in the teleservices machine of TSIG, towards an extremely promising future.
I SEE THE POTENTIAL (do you?).

I appreciate your skepticism for the sake of bringing forth something I may have overlooked. You're post did an excellent job of "pinning down" Mr. Gordon on several comments he's made. I've looked past those comments and still see a company, that, AS LONG AS they "ultimately" deliver a WEBSITE for selling cd's at a price that's competitive, and obtain lucrative TELESERVICE contracts, then we've got a winner! (and the only question that will remain to me is,,,$3 dollar stock? or $30 dollar stock???). I Still see $'s to be made.

Rah, Rah TSIG,
-Mark

Jeff,

Bravo, bravo, bravo!!!!!!

You said so eloquently and in such depth everything that I had tried to say myself. In other words....TSIG stockholders, take your heads out of the sand and BEWARE!

Money back in the bank,

Jeff, once again, an incredible post. Forgive me for not studying every phrase in detail, but I read enough to get the gist of it. Apparently, Gordon is a liar and a fraud who is being sued left and right; the $5 million loan isn't needed/wasn't available/never happened; the web site opening has been delayed (the dirty crook!); the CCI acquisition isn't going to happen but that doesn't matter because CCI is worthless anyway. Jeff, if I were you and I really believed all that was posted with all of the dire implications, I would call a Canadian brokerage firm, open an account, and short TSIG to the nth degree. I, on the other hand, believe I'll just sit still. Regards, Suzanne
