They were the remarks of a rich, proud man, without regard to his shareholders or analysts who follow this stock. Like I said before, if the stock goes to $1, he would still be worth over $22 million, still a rich man. If he was trying to protect himself against a Class Action, it didn't work. I believe there are 2 suits that have been filed. And while all shareholders lose in a securities suit, I am tempted on this one. I have never felt so misled by a company's management. Previous remarks like "Even with a large decline in memory prices SMOD had a 60% growth in earnings" and "The 1Q qualification problem will be resolved by the end of the quarter." Then I read the 10Q and get sick. Lies, lies lies. And Ajay sucker punches the Street with his 3Q and 4Q guidance. No Wall Street saavy at all, what a loser! I am still holding my shares, praying someone will one day pay $17-$18 for them.
