Soooo predictable. When I came to work at my current position (utility regulation), everybody told me there's one thing you need to know: "dem phone companies. dey are evul!" I said "c'mon. That's a little strong isn't it?" Having looked at the accounting tricks and games they play because of the way rates are set by PUC's, I'm waiting for the next new face so I can tell them: "there's one thing you need to know ..." PC makers don't fudge the numbers - they are simply optimists. <g>
