Can you imagine having to get a prescription before you could buy the stock? I can see the news now: "Reported burglary netted thieves 3 pads of prescriptions to trade DELL stocks. Be on the lookout for suspects with ear to ear grins permanently attached! Be aware that there are other LONG TERM HOLDERS with the same grin and they are not to be apprehended!
