There is one here. I am not related to Motley Fool. But I bought 500 shares of AMZN at $19/sh (before split) shortly after IPO and has been holding since then. Bought another 500 shares at $54/sh in June and sold them at $120 after it hit $140 on the way down. Now I am still holding my original 500 shares for long term, for the following reasons:

1. I bought it at way too low price.
2. I didn't see any reason short term this company will go down significantly. I mean, the reason that this company has been go up is still there (revnue up/internet future etc).
3. It seems to that there are too many people bearish on this stock and I thought that to be on the side of the crowd is probably not a bad idea, definitely better to be with the crowd.

I will sell when I actually see the revnue of the company is not growing anymore.

Cannot/do not want to argue whether it is good to buy this company at current price. Good luck to all longer and shorter.
