Remember what Peter Lynch said in "One up on Wall Street" (paraphrased): insider buying is usually VERY GOOD, insider selling is not necessarily bad.

Personally, if I left a company (especially on bad terms), I would sell all of my stock. I wouldn't want to have anything to do with that company anymore. There are plenty of good companies out there to invest in, so I wouldn't want anything linking me with the old company.

If somebody still working for the company sells a large chunk of their holdings (say 25%), then I would worry.

P.S. I bought a bunch @ 15/16 yesterday morning, so I got screwed too.

The proposed sale does concern me, too. However, filing to sell does not mean you have to follow through. It could be a ploy.

If you believe this company to be sound then there are no worries. An MMs only enemy is sound fundamentals.

When Thiessen sold, investors gobbled them up. When White sells, I will be one of the investors to gobble them up.
