Jim,

The trading on that Thursday afternoon just before the market close is very suspicious. I think the stock closed down $2.00 or so that day from the previous day's high of $19 1/2. The bottom fell out when the announcement became public. If information was "selectively disseminated" on Thursday afternoon, I have a big problem with it. The "unselective dissemination" is what everyone is upset about and many also accuse the company of levitating the stock earlier in the week due to a series of press releases.

I have contacted the CFO regarding the releases, but have not heard anything yet. If people made transactions illegally on Thursday afternoon I suspect the trades are registered somewhere and they would be extremely suspicious if investigated.
