MG -- RE: Cyclicals

It's about time! I thought it would happen last week. But my CAT calls appreciate the assistance! Sold the JPM calls about 2 hours too early, but glad to get out alive. I'm still wondering what is keeping GM stock up. Can you imagine if Intel came in 80% less than last year what the outcome would be? In any case, there seemed to be a pretty heavy sell-off in the cyclicals at the end of the market day. Hopefully, CAT's big mo will carry thru to tomorrow.

While I'm beating Mr. Market's red-hot Index by 33%, it hasn't been easy and certainly not without anxiety! I'm actually one day behind my plan for July, but should be happy (as you can only have a good plan if it makes you work). Again, you'd laugh if you saw the technology handicap I'm operating under.

It was almost funny today to see oils, aluminum, metals and paper included in the hot sectors. I didn't own PEP today, but the action really iratates me. Someone initiates a rumor (however factual) and the company cannot respond because its in a quiet period. Just doesn't seem right, but I seem to see it over and over again. Oh well, I should be happy that the opportunity presents itself.
