So in other words, you think that the Conference Call Zip sales numbers are incorrect? Would these be lies on the part of Iomega execs, or just honest mistakes in accounting?

One has to be wrong. Either the news release you cite, or the Conference Call Zip sales announcements by KE/Sierk.

By the way, would you please explain to me exactly how IOM is maintaining revenues when the average selling price of the Zip has dropped by nearly 40% over this time frame and sales have dropped by 40%? The fact that the price of the Zip has dropped so significantly and overall revenues has stayed relatively flat seems to refute your little arguement.

Brent - One possibility would be that a greater percentage of IOM's revenue is coming from sources other than the Zip.
