Hello! Saturday,

I found your recent posting to be of interest as well as thought provoking where you indicated that an Ontario Court ( General Division) in Toronto made an interesting ruling surrounding identities of Internet-Message Writers.

As I have stated on a previous posting I am scheduled to travel to Toronto to meet with some company and investment industry representatives that will hopefully shed more understanding for me as it relates to the various types of investment styles that apparently takes place in the Stock Zone.-----As some of you may recall I spent a considerable amount of time trying to get a clear understanding as to the dynamics of short selling ( legal?) versus naked shorting?

I did find it interesting to note that since I made that posting I have received e-mails outlining different versions and opinions as to how various people view /interpret shorting ( In Canada and the U.S.A)

As I have stated previously I do not care one way or the other whether someone has selected buying long or legally shorting as their investment style/strategy!!! But! Where I would be concerned is if I had reason to suspect that there was illegal / naked shorting taking place on a stock where I had a long position in.

Some participants on this thread have tried to indicate to me that there is no problem trying to get ones share certificates registered and sent to them in short order. Although I found the response interesting the brokers that I have communicated with in Canada seem to be telling me just a little different story. --I'm wondering what conclusion I should draw from this? Should I believe what the Brokers are telling me ( the one's I paid my hard earned money to in full payment for my long GLOW Shares? or? certain GLOW Thread particpants
that are telling me their opinion --and also appear to be negative towards GLOW and several of it's long / positive shareholders.

It should be interesting to see where this road leads. It could also prove in my opinion to be even more interesting if, as and when GLOW achieves the business and EPS and reporting Status goals that they are
working towards! ( At least that some of us believe they are working towards!) JMO!

Interesting turn of events! JMO!

Best Regards,

Wayne J.
