Charles, I agree that we should not discuss GRNO's legal strategy with regard to poor legal service. What I was questioning was why the SEC will point their finger at certain individuals and not others, others that IMO may be guilty of more egregious acts. Poor legal service/advice on securities laws and rules IMO is more serious than the CEO paying for a few dinners. Granted that person may have been posting in computer chat rooms but the lawyers allowed false information to reach the public domain through normal channels that are relied upon by potential investors that make buy and sell decisions. No wonder the justice lady wears a blindfold and the scales she carries are tipped.

When you said "As far as any Chapter 11 filing is concerned, I think it is also premature to discuss that. But then I have always expected an order from Manova. . ." I thought, I hope you're right about Chapter 11 but what is the latest on Manova? Their government must move just as slow as ours. I hope the entity for their venture capital financing works faster than the legislature. Since there haven't been any press releases I would assume we can only speculate based on the newspaper accounts you so graciously provide us.
