How do I access the INCA book?
Individuals generally do not have the capability to access the INCA book electronically. All we can do is see the best bid and offer on the book for a given security on Level II. The full INCA book is primarily geared to institutional clients and will probably stay that way indefinitely.

I may be wrong, but from what I have heard, the NASDAQ MM does not make use of ISLD but primarily uses INCA. Is this true?

Although it's true that MMs primarily use INCA as the ECN of choice, they can still easily monitor the ISLD book without much trouble at all. In fact, I have placed a real time version of the ISLD book within our chat room. This enables you to see the pending bids and offers for any security. This is a dynamically updating display similar to Level II, but it's more basic (no colors).
