NHI Contract

It was great to here of the NIH contract 9 months ago. ACTI did a great job of bidding the deal. However,
when they got the deal, they did not have the resources to make it happen right away. I do know that they put
their best person on the job who is working in an office on the east coast. The question is whether ACTI has the
abilty to tap this market. I don't really know of the investment it will take to make this contract work (ie
marketing, etc.) or if ACTI has the resources (given their financial position) to make the proper investment. I do
feel that it could still be awhile before any significant revenues are realized.
Have a good one.
John

DJ 07/14 13:54 [AOL,MSFT,SRCM,XCIT,YHOO] =SOURCE MEDIA 4: RUMORED BIDDERS DECLINE COMMENT

SRCM Halted,
SRCMW Still trading SRCMW value is (buyout price - 11)/2

Buyout rumors of $45 & up! Values warrants at $17, a quick $6 share profit. Downside is if SRCM turns down the offers. They have numerous patents in the cable modem arena. MSOFT wants them badly

Joe - I'm stuck!

Joe, congrats on DDSI, which is up nicely. As I looked it over, I bumped into one of their small partners, Microphonics. (MRPS) They are into using ultrasonic signals to look at objects and then convert those into an electronic image. The stock got hammered at the end of 1997 and early 1998, and has been quiet and cheap since then. I haven't found much DD on them, but I wonder any of their technology found it's way into DDSI products? If so, this one could be a real sleeper. Bid and ask are .06 x .16, which usually means a low float. Also, the past chart shows big daily trading ranges. Other than the link to DDSI, I know of no reason for the stock to be considered. Any thoughts or other info?
