Is the existing Japanese wired telephone infrastructure that bad? If this is the Japanese situation, I would think that the marketing of WLL in the "rest of third world" will be a breeze, irrespective of the cost advantages.

Read a very good and insightful interview dated 7/13/98 in which Mr Jacobs. Would love to post but don't know how. The link is to long to post. HELP? This is a great interview.
