"...give Ken a hard time if he were to save..."

We haven't seen any saving out of Ken.

What we've seen so far is;

1. A lot of hypeing of a non-reporting bulletin board stock.
2. The publishing of the location of a poster who questioned the value of that hype.

Should we hold our breath waiting for the saving?

Lets detail this post:

1) <<Your crew is a tremendous embarrassment>>>
A. I have no crew!

2) <<We at Top Dog research>><<bring this service to our readers for no charge,>>>
A. With the returns on your advice a charge would amount to salt in the wound.
B. Do you or any of your crew "top Dog" have a license (series 7) to legally advise anyone about buying or selling securities.
C. Do the securities, such as edii & cshk, meet blue sky regulations in any state?
D. Do you even know what blue sky means?
3) << suppose you
would give Ken a hard time if he were to save your life.>>
A. What does Ken have to do with EDII? He is a cop not the CEO!
One would think that you have the blessing of the Pope the
way you bill him.
B. I would also point out that Ken is a cop that posted the name, address and phone number online of a so called basher.
I think that is wrong!!! Imagine if your info was posted like that, not very cool.

****OT****

We at Top Dog research companies in detail by making phone calls, plane trips to their facilities, and doing countless of hours of investigation.

Then why is your vaunted "DD" so often so embarrassingly wrong? And your picks so frequently unsuccessful? You've got a regular string of little beauties: CSHK, BNEZD (reverse split within days of Jim's initial post about it), PKGP (now USXP, a real disaster, reverse split again, and you should have seen it coming), MTEI, PRWT (hasn't done a thing), SGNC, and so on. Quite a stable. The dartboard method would work better.

Your announcements online consist almost entirely of hype and rumor about impending news. The latter often turn out to be wrong, but what the hell, sooner or later there WILL be news because BB stocks need frequent press releases if they're to keep interest alive, so you can say you were "right". But if all else fails, you can blame the Evil MMs (about whose real methods you know less than nothing) and the equally Evil Bashers.

The fact that neither of you has any training in this stuff, or very much knowledge, doesn't seem to bother you in the least.

Sorry, but I think what you do is very dangerous--both for investors and for markets--and I believe you, and all newsletter writers, should be subjected to licensing exams and subsequently to regulations.
