Seems not to be having any effect on the share price,
in fact down an eighth, so looks like nobody made any
money off the settlement--except the lawyers of course;-)
I'm just happy I haven't been stopped out yet, every
day I get to hold is another day closer to a takeover
annoucement (I hope).

I read the article, but I didn't see what Avalon Hill was getting out of the settlement. Did they just decide their position was untenable?
