Notice that CCSC still has a little way to go to be at 0.72, the
CCSC TLAB deal ?? (or TLAB has to come down, which I doubt).
When I realized that purchasing CCSC at the TLAB discount, I did so--
It still looks very attractive still now at the 8% kicker when the deal finally finishes.

What is your take on that ?? Yeah, it drags out

There were a lot of tough questions on the antitrust issues as well as the current fundamentals of the company. Several analysts asked about the increased backlog and how it came about, pricing on products, and inventory management. They seemed to answer them pretty straightforward. Frankly, I was surprised they answered all questions clearly including some very pointed questions about the Justice Dept's investigation. I expected them so say very little. However, McGinnis is a straight shooter. I guess I'm used to most CEO and CFO beating around the bush and not really disclosing much.
