At 1:30 (Appr)this afternoon OLIE was taken out of his last 41,000 shares. So we thought. He left the boards, and from what it now looks like the position is 300K. All efforts are now being made to continue the forward efforts of removing the 1 3/4 offer. Buying is still there and this is the Level III buying I was talking about in the many conference calls from the past few months.
We know that there is some overseas buying coming in as well, the problem there is timing. It needs to be reset on the trading pattern so there can be a joint effort at the time it arrives. This way the desk that handles the trade will not short it to the European buying, if it is there and wreak havoc with the market as it comes in. This joint operation must be timed exactly to keep the support and pressure to fill where the European buyers are getting quoted the stock when they buy it. Its what is best for the European clients participating in DCTC putting the company on global scale.
