Is August 1, a guess, or just a round figure to play with like the April 1 date.

I don't think he was guessing. He sounded very definite, very excited and very busy.

Would this mean that the financials will finally be available?

An educated guess tells me they would. Wouldn't there have to be some financials for the SEC to allow a merger with a NASDAQ company?

Speculate a little

Boy are you asking me to do something I don't like to do! Just as a personal opinion though and not a fact, I think if DCLK is going for around 56 and ZULU is more profitable and if MediaMetrix shows that ZULU is at least doing as much business as DCLK then you can pretty much figure it out for yourself where this may very well go in the future.

BTW did the E Commerce person say he was buying ESVS?

I don't know that Mr. Wachs is the eCommerce man. I know that he is listed on the PR as the Media contact for ESVS/Zulu group. He simply stated that he was buying ESVS and that the company he works for is interested in ESVS as well.

Let's face facts folks if the man does his job well and can get institutional investors interested, which stock do you think they'll be looking at as a current investment. ESVS has a NASDAQ listing for pity sakes.

This doesn't mean that current ZULU shareholders are going to be hung out to dry. ZULU is going to have a darn good payday as well. Maybe we should all just consider ourselves very lucky, no matter which stock we hold.
