HOUSTON, July 14 (Reuters) - Oilex Inc. said on Tuesday that investor Saul Yarmak has accumulated over 30 percent of Oilex's common stock. Oilex said it believes that Yarmak's experience and cash will allow the oil exploration company to become a profitable, potential takeover target over the next few years. Oilex named Yarmak as a member of its board of directors.
