Dear ed:

Take heart my friend, >>>>>>>TSIS is to provide Monsanto the highest quality inter-corporate communications services available today. Using MarketREACH technology, TSIS will provide Monsanto employees direct access to recordings of important corporate meetings, conferences and other timely information. The MarketREACH system will allow an employee to access through the phone system, recordings of past meetings, voice memos and other corporate communications.<<<<<<

This is wonderful news

Imagine the potential for companies wishing to "publicize" management discussions, conference calls with anaylsts. these discussions go on for hours and the clock is ticking in TSIS's favor.
I never dreamed of this application and the list of applications is endless.

Imagine if companies would subscribe to a service like this available on the net and are willing to pay per minute of "air time" time so interested parties could see streaming video of annual stockholder meetings, or messages from the ceo etc. or live clips as they happen. Like I said the possibilities are endless.

You are already being rewarded with an abundance of good news ; the rest will soon follow but there are many steps up the ladder we must take. NASDQ admission ; very big hurdle for 1999 !

"Sure could use some audited financials. That would turn this puppy around."

You have audited financials, as of 7/31/97 the end of the company's latest fiscal year. The 7/31/98 should probably be available in September, a reasonable time to complete the year end audit.

What will "turn this puppy around" is the earnings they should be reporting in the quarters ended 7/31 and 10/31 which will arise from all these clients they are signing.

Audited financials *are* available, through the end of last fiscal year. If you want 'em, call the company. If you were requesting *audited* quarterlies, very few (if any) companies go through the expense of paying an auditor to audit quarterlies.

This stock is one of the biggest disappointments I have seen. They have really nothing going for them....If you are smart you will bail out with hopefully only a small loss. Can you guys give me any reason why you think this stock should go anywhere but lower? All comments would be appreciated.
