PREDICT THE LOSS CONTEST!

Last quarter, ZIT stunned everyone, even the short sellers, by losing $5.49M on revenues of only $4.39M. The winners in the "Predict the Loss Contest" were corey haber & wynn quon ... they both predicted losses of $4.5 Million. These were the worst losses predicted ... and ZIT did much worse.

This quarter has a few wrinkles: 1) IBM made a final royalty payment of $950K that will show up this quarter. 2) There will be a write-off associated with the new convertible debentures and 3) ZIT may not include storage (a "discontinued operation") in their numbers. For the purpose of this contest, storage's losses will be included.

My estimate for the loss is $4.3M.

Entries will be accepted until losses are announced (sometime next week).
Regards, Bill
