The time zone is California. Market opens at 6:30 and closes at 1:00. Why this time frame?

Morning: Maximum volatility, most stock prices have not yet factored in the news entirely. Easy to see bounces off of opening gaps. I'm at my sharpest in the morning (I'm not a night owl!)

End of day: Plenty of juicy TA is possible. Known phenomena like shakes occur. Lot's of volatility, yet again. And finally, I have another life between 8:00 am and 11:30 am California time!
