Winspear has the option to earn a 60 per cent interest in the 92,000 acre property by financing $1,000,000 in explorationÿ byÿ Dec.ÿ 31,ÿ 2000,ÿ andÿ has a second option to increase its interestÿ toÿ 70ÿ perÿ centÿ byÿ financingÿ anÿ additionalÿ $1,000,000ÿÿ in explorationÿ byÿ Dec.ÿ 31, 2002. Winspear will also issue 200,000 shares of stock to Tyler, in lots of 50,000, over an 18 month period.
