pkwknk: If you have read all of my previous postings, you will remember that I have been long for over two years, and at an average less than yours. I have also been adding to my position recently. I have read the FRX filing on 4-16-98 found on EDGAR and found it to contain the usual disclaimers---nothing to alarm me. It is certainly not the fastest registration ever granted by the SEC, but neither it the slowest. My broker informs me that in a recent conversation with an attorney from the chief counsel's office, that they had nothing critical to say. He was told that it was merely going through the ordinary process of approval. If I can provide something more insightful at a future time, I will do so. Best regards, Crandell Addington
