Does CPQ look overbought to you?

Jenna, is there any news on CAT today?

For earnings trades I try to take my position two weeks or so before the report when the stock has pulled back to some key level, usually shorting puts at the target strike rather than buying calls unless there are several motivating factors. An example of this was IBM, evidenced in the discussion Ike and I had.

Jenna, here is another one that pre-announced today that it will beat estimates. PEG is 0.2. Gapped today, and was not in play, but you may want to keep your eye on it. Double digit growth this year, not as good next year.
