I can confirm hearing many of the same things. The only one I didn't hear was that they are considering becoming a VAR for an ERP/SCM vendor...not sure I'm fond of that idea if they can simply be an integration partner. But the rest is all good stuff, and consistent with conversations I've had with TAVA folks.
