I think that CEO Goldman selling about 1% of his stockholding in ODIS is meaningless or... let's see it the other way around: it's a pretty bullish hint! After all, if he was expecting ODIS'stockprice to lie belly-up under $6.00 for the next several months he'd have sold 3-5% of his stock.
Regarding Perreault selling I see it this way: COO Perreault sold about 7% of his stockholding and that's not negligible... But then again: it doesn't make sense for Perreault to sell 3,500 shares --ie about 1% of his holdings! What could he make with the money? Buying a ticket for the Soccer World Championship's finale? And what about air fares?
