You are correct.
But,
It would be a huge departure for DELL to do that.
IMO, INTC would be more concerned that IBM, HWP, CPQ might say, Will you can not deliver, AMD can, We will just build more AMD products.
They are pretty good you know.
See, INTC probably appreciates DELL's commitment to INTC, But CPQ is in a position where if they don't build INTC, they will build AMD. DELL is not in that position. It is either INTC or nothing.
So should this situation occure, favoring DELL over CPQ will most likely result in more non INTC products being built.

Interest comeback, don't you think ???
