15:38 [SRCM] SOURCE MEDIA JUMPS 50%, TRADING AT 32; CO WON'T COMMENT ON BUYOUT TALK.

Here is my logic. If the NAZ starts knockin on the door and starts asking questions and the company will not answer, there MUST be some truth to the buyout news. All the company would have to say is "Do not know why stock is moving higher". Company won't even do that. I predict a huge gap and news to be out soon.

I will be watching tomorrow to see what happens. I'm just preserving capital, there is always another trade. If no deal is announced the warrants go back to $5 and the stock drops to $20 or less. Tomorrow will be interesting, I'm not sure why DJ would report offers of $45 for the company and then trading is halted because the company would not respond to its calls. Some very high level discussion going on somewhere about the way this was handled. If the SRCM management doesn't sell out they will probably have a lawsuit on their hands.
