Lie..ruin his reputation..his shareholders..for 100 million more in a problem? 100 million dollars to Cendant is one month in earnings.. Its nothing..and sure no reason for him to lie. And as for the numbers today..they dont come from anyone in Cendant..they come from Arthur Anderson.. Not only that..they come Reviewed by Deloitte & Touche as well. The man you call a liar decided to do that for his shareholders as well...for even more assurance. Even with that said.. I'm not making my calls on what Cendant said.. Im making them on a double audit. I didnt see A.anderson and Deloitte come out today and say Cendant was misquoting them...did you??? If someone wants to wait two months..im not real sure what for..but....OK.. And as for that being the now immortal Congobusters recommendation..you may want to go back and read his posts. I think he said hes in long..and saw what he needed to today. And i agree.. Dont forget..a company that makes a billion a year in net cash can carry a pretty big stick. And laugh off 100 million like its pocket change. You wanna wait?? Go right ahead.. Not me. GGECKO
