Thankfully, I got out of a few hundred shares at 17+. Still own a few hundred as I am a long term believer in this company and GPS technology. From everything I read - Charlie needs to take the approach that many CEO's have and step aside from the business perspective and let someone run the company....Charlie....be the visionary....but let someone else manage the company!! Please correct me if I am wrong.

Former Trimble VP Vaughn has moved on to rival Magellan, according to the SF Examiner of July 17: "David E. Vaughn, former vice executive vice president for Trimble Navigation Ltd., has been named to the new position of senior vice president of business strategy of Magellan Corp. of Sunnyvale." Even if he is a turkey, Magellan would want as much Trimble info from him as they can get. I hope he was out of the loop. I wonder if he has a nondisclosure agreement? Good suspicion, Travis.
