Jenna,

What is your opinion on IDPH? It is up 3 5/8 with 6x normal
volume for much better than expected earning (44 cents vs 9 cents will
report 7/20). It is down from $45 around March and earning estimate
for next year is $1.09 before the news.

Thanks.

Jenna, I know you were following Award (AWRD) before. I'm curious as to your take on recent activity. Award is being acquired by Phoenix Technologies (PTEC). The gov. has asked for more info. before approval, but, Phoenix has said they expect approval by around August. Both companies' shareholders have approved the deal.

At the time of the merger Award shareholders will receive 1.225 shares of PTEC for each share of AWRD. The interesting thing is, AWRD is trading at 9 5/8 and PTEC is trading at 11 9/16. That should make Award about 14 3/16. Is the market disregarding Phoenix's expected approval and instead anticipating that the merger will be called off? If not, Award should be a screaming buy - that would be a 47% return at the time of conversion given today's prices.

Any thoughts on the matter would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Gary
