Bob,

So the the gross margins did dip below 50%. It is interesting that Intel is expecting higher margins, considering the rumors of drastic price cuts. I guess Intel feels optimistic that Xeon will more than offset the falling margins in other products.

At least the earnings were not catastrophic. I don't think the market will tank tomorrow because of the small shortfall.
