How much would that repurchase have helped the $/share for earnings. I mean if would have resulted in a higher $ per share, but by how much (how many shares did the buy back). I can't get through to Intel's site right now. It's jammed solid.

INTC's repurchase of stock makes for a good opportunity for company execs to exercise options & sell their their stock.

I would wager they sold alot of puts that were in the money and had a lot of shares put to them, esp the month (June?) where they were ~ 66. That'll cause a big share buyback.
