TJG, We have a lot to look for in the next 6 months: 1) Will BICO be able to meet payroll? My friend hasn't been paid in a long time. 2) Will BICO be able to sell the Florida company or will they meet scheduled payments for the company. A balloon payment is due in October. 2a) Where are the profits from the Florida company? Wasn't BICO going to make something like 50 million a year? 3) Will BICO be able to sell the Diasensor in Europe? 4) How will the Reg S dillute shareholder value? 5) Will BICO ever get FDA approval? 6) Will BICO get delisted?
