Yes , the .09 charge was for the first quarter. They are just
referring to the charge in the press release. Looks like there are no
charges for the current 2nd Q.

Wait, I thought the $.09 charge was last quarter...

There was also a 1Q charge -- I believe these are continuing charges related to the acquisition of C&T...

lev, yup you're right. Looks like .09 was for Q1. Confusing the way it was written in the press release.
