Re: "So what is it gonna be tomorrow, any idea??? I'll appreciate any input you can provide.Thanks."

Well with the institutional money on the side lines one can conclude they will be bottom fishing. Is Intel at the bottom?

IMO Intel is threading water with a life jacket they are not close to land yet but they now know which direction the shore line is. They are starting to paddle in the right direction and are communicating as much. On the other hand their closest competitor AMD has no life jacket they also know where the shore line is but they are trying to swim underwater in that direction.

Who would you put your money on would make it?

Mohan - Re: "Was the earnings good, bad or indifferent??...

Intel earned PROFITS of $1.2 BILLION - Intel's competitors earned NOTHING - THEY LOST MONEY!

I'd say that is good for Intel - REAL good - considering the climate - declining CPU prices, S.E. Asia turmoil, FTC investigation, Xeon Bugs, etc.

Re: "So what is it gonna be tomorrow, any idea???"

Don't worry about tomorrow.

You won't get rich or poor in a single day.

Look out several quarters and years. That's where the big payoff comes from.
