John: Yeah, I went through those filings myself today. Wouldn't be surprised if the person posting under "PortMgr" on Yahoo! works for Van Kasper. Did a little research on them at ipocentral.com, nothing much to report. Looks like they have been involved with 5 ipos in the last year (ATGC, MTMS, SHOE, SEYE, USL). They were the sole underwriters on ATGC and SHOE which are both in pretty good downtrends at the moment. drakes353 PS: Before they pulled the plug on the Yahoo! board the word was that the numbers would be out this week. I'll see if I can get in touch with IR tomorrow.
