Cheryl, I absolutely agree with every one of your points. As long as you recognize all of the risks involved, including the possibility that the company in question may only be telling you what is "convenient" since they are under no obligation to report to the SEC. Also recognize that you may receive "inside information" in the course of your due diligence efforts, which places you under a very constraining set of legal obligations, especially since you are "semi-publicly" disseminating this information. While I'm here, I'd like to answer a couple of other points, rather than adding to the "fog of posts" by answering them individually: To "bodie" re your comments in #4649; are you implying that "unsubstantiated PR" should not be questioned....? To "mcle" re your comments in #4653; just to let you know that I received similar responses when I posted on the SI forums for GIFS (subsequently delisted), OVIS (subsequently delisted) and TVSI.
