I'm a long Seeker, and now thinking about going long Dis. ...Has anyone ever seen a deal structured the way this one was? Looks to me like Dis made a great investment in itself. I find it hard to believe that Dis will not exercise it's warrants to own 51% of Seek in a few years. Question is, ...what does this mean for stockholders in Seek for both short and long term? Will Seek appreciate; or will Dis, as it is already starting to move up after it's 3-1 split. In the next few months I'll be watching close for Seek insider selling. While I don't think that Seek could have made it on it's own long term; I also don't believe that Dis is turning over the keys to the magic kingdom to an also ran yahooite. Thanks for any insight.... It remains to be seen once we receive the proxies for further clarification,but it seems that both SEEK and DIS will have control over STARWAVE. Earnings will be released on the 23 after the close of market as per the co itself.
