Yes but in this case alot of those institutionals were already out of Intel
on the sidelines. I think they will start looking at Intel again and will like
what they see. "

If you guys read Investors Business Daily, you would have noticed the article from a month back that said "Know what the institutions
are selling".

Among the stocks listed on the list was ASND and INTC.

So, there is fire due to which we see the smoke.
