Use of GPS with all kinds of sensors is becoming common place for giving spatial reference to the data being collected. GPS is being used with echosounders, radio signal strength meters, metal detectors etc etc. Eventually GPS will get integrated right into the sensors and will be one of the largest applications for high end GPS .

Trimble at less than $300 market cap!!!!

Just the survey division is worth that much with 80-90% gross margins and a run rate of $100 million.
