I thought they would come in higher from the analyst reports recently. In this tough environment they were not shabby.

The Deferred Revenue also effects Inventory, because the Inventory is not relieved to Cost of Sales. As a result Inventory is higher and Inventory turns don't increase towards the goals Michael was looking to achieve. But hey, the benefits of future revenue certainty ain't all bad!!! Besides this account is probably not material in nature. The auditors would require disclosure if it was. For fun sometime go look at MSFT's Deferred Revenue accounts. You want to see games being played with significant dollars. (-8 Dennis 8-)
