I pro forma'd out to get to 99 numbers. To get there If sales grew by 67% from todays top line, and the gross margin is 63.5% (I just don't believe anyone in a non monopoly industry can not have gross margin erosion) add 6 million in other income from additional cash assuming depreciation =cap-x, and a 36% tax rate. The assumption here is that SG&A only grows 10% which is a stretch if top line is growing so fast. I consider this an aggressive forecast in light of Y2K issues. I have a problem forecasting the end of 1999 for just about any company in any industry.
